How to replace the bios battery without removing the keyboard?

I need to replace the bios battery on my laptop, but I'm not strong enough to remove the screws for the keyboard and striped them. Is there a way to replace the battery without removing the keyboard or did I ruin it?

How badly are the screw heads stripped?

Post an image of the screwheads in your question showing the damage

Here's how to do this on ifixit iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法.

As the coin cell battery is directly below the keyboard, on the motherboard, up near the display side of the keyboard, you would need to remove the screws first so that the keyboard could be lifted high enough out of the way to get to it.
