New 3DS (KTR-001) (NOT XL/LL) IPS screen source and other parts

So I'm sure some have noticed that part availability for the KTR-001 is limited at best online. Parts for the XL/LL (RED-001) model are very easy to come by but the standard size has little to none available. Does anyone know a reliable source for replacement parts? I'm also looking to replace both of the displays on my KTR-001 with IPS displays. If anyone has a source for the upper and lower IPS displays I'd appreciate a link or help locating a source. Both of my displays are TN panels and I'd be willing to purchase the new displays and even trade my current displays with money added for the IPS displays. Thank you in advance!
