Why is the cpu utilisation in running at 100 percent
The cpu usage is normally going very high on normal task .

@manukashya71343 either check with the Task manager or one of its alternatives (like System Explorer) The other thing you want to do, is to run a Malware check as well as a Virus scan. Malware can most certainly be using your resources. There are lots of Anti malware programs that will do the trick. I prefer malwarebytes but like I said, there are plenty of others. Let us know what you find out.
