Hi!
Thanks for the video!! It looks like either the Switch it’s rail failed, or the joycon it’s rail.
Did you tested the Joycons on another Switch? This would be the ultimate test. If they work on another one, it’s your Switch it’s rails. If not, it’s the joycon..
You can also test other joycons on your Switch and see how that goes!

Thanks I don’t have access to another Switch unfortunately. Are these issues repairable?
Yes! Both of them can be repaired :)! Usually it's the Switch it's rail that failed. But we can't be sure. Is there a way to test another Joycon on your Switch? Anyway, if you need to replace the rail on the Switch. You can find the part and guide here: Nintendo Switch 右側ジョイコン センサーレールの交換
Do you repair them as well or are these relatively easy to repair?
Yes, I repair many of them! It’s an easy repair! You do not need to remove many components to get there, so that is always a plus :)!
