Wired connection not working after I reassembled the controller
This happened after I replaced the joysticks.

Hi There!
Could be a lot of things! Do the joysticks work like expected now? Anyway, please check if all the other component on the motherboard are OK. Also check for bridges and check if all the traces and solder pads are OK as well!
