Frame Replacement for this Phone Worth It?

Have a customer that brought me this phone with a completely shattered screen, and a chip in the frame at the bottom corner of the phone. Debating on leaving the chip go, as he didn't say anything about it, but I don't feel that's proper customer service either. How much of a pain is it to replace the frame on this phone? It seems like it would be a royal pain the behind if I'm honest... Anyone replaced the frame on one of these? Or am I the first in the world to be faced with this problem? lmao

Hi @jeremysubasic

Never replaced a screen on this model but here's a video that may help.

For a complete display assembly, search online for 5D68C16980 5D68C16500 to find suppliers that suit you best. (examples only)

FYI when searching online for parts info I found that there are two Moto E6s models, apparently.

One has a user removable battery and the other is classed as "non removable". The model number of the one with the user removable battery is XT2025-2 and the other is XT2053 and XT2053-2

I can't find any parts for the XT2025-2 model so hopefully you're working on the other one ;-)

Turns out, the entire thing comes as one unit, if that makes sense. My job at this point is taking the internals out of the broken device, and putting them in the new case that came. I ordered the screen and frame all in one, and they came assembled together. I ended up puncturing the battery like an idiot, but I got it figured out. I will mark your answer as the answer to the question though. Thank you for any and all help you were willing to provide :D
