Frequent screen freezing problems on Samsung Galaxy A14

  • The issue is more common while playing games, especially Free Fire. The screen freezes in the middle of the game, and I cannot interact with the device until it resolves itself
  • It also happens occasionally when using apps like Instagram or while on the home screen, but the freezing is more frequent during gaming sessions
  • My phone has 64GB of total storage, and 35GB is currently in use and 4GB of ram

- I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting steps like restarting the device, clearing the cache, and updating the system and apps, but the issue persists. Could anyone please provide assistance in resolving this problem? Is this related to the hardware or software, and are there specific steps I can follow to fix it?
