Will the rear camera replacement fix a damaged image stabilizer?

Hi. I'm considering buying this iPhone 12 mini Rear Camera to fix an issue with the camera vibrating when I try to take a picture or video. I'm pretty sure I damaged the stabilizer after years of mountain biking with the iPhone attached to my front handlebars.

Can you confirm that this part includes the image stabilizer and will resolve this problem? Thanks in advance.
