Also would like to mention, that this is what you would need to do if the following happens on the screen:
To check if you need to replace your LCD screen, look for visible cracks or chips on the screen surface, dead pixels (small, persistent colored dots), discoloration or unusual patterns, flickering, lines appearing across the display, areas of the screen that are completely black, backlight issues, distorted images, or any physical damage that impacts the screen's functionality; if you notice any of these, it might be time to consider a replacement.

What phone do you have? Please provide the manufacturer and model number. A better description of the problem would help; three words doesn't give us enough to go on to help figure out what's wrong with it. Is it the display or the touch screen? What is it doing or not doing?
Can you be a little more precise with the model number of your phone? I can't seem to locate any information on a Tecno phone called a B6. My best guess would be that it's a Tecno Spark Go BG6; is that correct?
