@delvosang start with a new battery. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like this video to remove the battery. If a new battery does not resolve it, consider replacing the charging board. If even that should not work, you must consider a bad power management IC on your circuit board. For that you will require the schematic, component layout as well as have the right tools and knowledge to work on circuitry.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
