@ukomfarmasi Enter your computer's BIOS and check if your computer's HDD still shows. This error is the most common error when you have a failed HDD. It can't find the OS, so it's moving down the list to other possible boot devices until it finally displays the No Boot Device Found.

To enter the BIOS, power on the system and then go to BIOS Setup by pressing the F2 key.

You can quickly verify this by setting the boot order to USB and create a bootable USB drive. Then start your computer from that. If it properly functions, you know you will have to replace your HDD.

I encounter the same problem with Dell Vostro 3560.

It does NOT show USB at all as a possible boot option.

As far as I have learned from the web, some BIOS versions have a System configuration -> USB configuration -> Enable boot support

option, but my BIOS does not have this.

The BIOS is still the original one, with no updates applied to it.

Can you please explain whether booting from a USB is possible at all on this model ?

Thanks a lot in advance & Best Regards,
