No power to Hp 110 Mini
My HP Mini 110-3100 keeps turning off when I turn it on, then keep trying to turn on but can’t, why ??

First check power supply with standard tester. Look on back of power supply and read output. Test and see if it matches. I have a test bed universal power supply that I use to test laptops with.
If that works then replace the power supply. If not goto next step
Next pull the battery if possible. If the battery is dead it can cause the unit to malfunction.

No, it doesn’t, it keeps trying but keeps turning on and off, you can hear the fan turning and the light on the power on switch turns on and off.
