Why is my phone overheating
My phone is always so hot but the shop repair person say theres nothing wrong

Oh ok, so does the overheating mainly happen when you are charging the device, or with normal use?

Oh ok! Thank you! It is normal for an iPhone to heat up when charging and sometimes during normal use.
Does your phone get so hot to the point that it is uncomfortable to hold?

What is the make and model number of the phone?
Does the phone always have access to the internet? Check if there's a data saver setting that allows you to control whether the phone connects to the internet or not. It could be that apps are using the internet in the background unbeknownst to you therefore the phone is working harder than normal and gets warm. It should never get that hot that you can barely hold it.
