The tenth generation Corolla (E140/E150) was released in Japan in October 2006. A narrow variant was available in Japan while wider versions were sold internationally.
@okeyemmanuel what exact year, model and engine size is this. It sounds like an issue with the idle but there could be many reasons for this. Something as simple as a failed sensor to as complex as a timing issue. The very first thing you want to do, is to scan the OBDII and let us know what codes, if any your Corolla shows you.
Could be a multitude of things as @oldturkey03 mentioned. More information would help as well, if you're able to get it to an autozone or have a reader (OBD) scanner you can have the codes pulled from the computer to see what errors it's throwing, this is a cheap/free method to narrow down the issue.

could be multiple reasons:
- If you press on gas pedal, and it still shakes, then it maybe the engine plugs and/or coils.
- Engine base, where the engine sets, this would happen when you put on D or R.
