Why is my phone stuck in an eternal loop of restarting?

My phone was lagging so decided to try restarting my phone, but I pushed the restart button and nothing happened. I pushed it a few more times then pushed the power off button. Immediately the phone restarted and when it finished, it restarted again. It restarted over and over again for about 2-3 hours before it stopped (probably because it ran out of battery) and holding the power button would just make the screen slowly flash black. when I plugged it in, it turned on again but it just starts the eternal loop of restarting again.

also every time it restarts it flashes some text that I can't quite make out.

I tried doing the soft reset and entering recovery mode using instructions specifically for the samsung, but recovery mode would not work and the soft reset seemed to work at first, but then the text flashed again and it restarted.

@benjamin7425 can you please try to make the image more clear so that it is understandable for me and then I can further investigate on the problem. Also sorry for the late reply Benjamin!! Sincere apologies for the late reply. Please its a kind request to get a more clear image of the text that is getting flashed after every restart or so.
