Network Signal and Always on Airplane mode

My Samsung Galaxy A72 fall then after there is no more Network Signal and always upper on Airplane mode?

Hi Darrell!

  1. Be sure to back up your data before doing those steps and your information is safe:

If the phone is showing persistent airplane mode and no network signal. Might be due to either hardware damage or software issues.

Some steps you might want to take to diagnose and potentially fix the problem:

  1. Perform a Hard Reboot
  2. Press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds.
  3. Wait for your phone to turn off completely. Turn it back on by pressing and holding the power button and see if you can disable Airplane Mode.
  4. Restarting can sometimes resolve any minor software glitches.

  8. You said the phone fell have check for visible damage. Had the Fall caused internal damage to components like the antenna, Sim Card dislodged or damage
