When I unplug the charging and try to switch on the laptop, it doesn't start. The white light on the power button and the red light which indicates charging, both of them blink 3 times together. I am unable to use my laptop without continuously plugged charging.

@shigaraki that blink code indicates a low battery level. You need to check your charger, the charging port and at last your battery.

@oldturkey03 the laptop works perfectly fine when I plug in the charger. The battery reaches 100%. The issue I mention seems to occur even on 100% battery. The moment I remove the charger and try to run the laptop on battery, it turns off, even if the battery is 100%.
@shigaraki bad batteries do this. they report a 100% charge but can't hold a charge. I would definitely start with replacing it.
