Backlight 85H6510G Hisense 85 Inch Class H6510g Series Led 4K Uhd

I'm trying to figure out if fixing the backlight is a worthwhile process. I can see the image when I turn my tv on before it goes dark within a second. I can see what is going on with a light pointed at the tv. When restarting the light flashes 20 times. Indicating that something is wrong with some component pertaining to the backlight. Has anyone attempted this fix and know if this is something an absolute rookie can do? If the part is only $70-$90 I feel like it would be worth it. I'd easily pay someone to do this, but I'm in Iowa, and it seems like there is no options for repair in Cedar Rapids. I have considered buying a new tv but I'm a glutton for punishment and anguish. What can I say? Any insight would be helpful.
