Is the fan upgradable and if yes what is the best one?

It may be prudent to clean the fan blades using an artist's paintbrush and a vacuum cleaner first, before trying to lubricate the fan bearing
Then try lubricating the fan bearing and check if that resolves the problem.
After it is clean gently peel off the manufacturer's label from the centre of the fan.
Usually there's a rubber gasket covering the fan bearing. Remove the gasket and apply 1 drop only of a light grade machine oil e.g. sewing machine oil, onto the bearing and then manually spin the fan a few times, then replace the gasket and label.
If it is still noisy search online for DFS531205HC0T to find suppliers that suit you best. This is the model number of the fan in your laptop as shown on the label. It is always advisable to replace the fan with a fan having exact same dimensions and electrical specifications as the model chosen for your laptop meets the design and electrical specifications of the laptop.

Just plug and play. Have you tried just cleaning it rather than replacing it? You don't mention if it spins at all.

There is rattling noises when spinning, how can i clean it with wd-40 or alcohol?

@maheralkhalil Just a fine brush. If you lubricate the bearing you have to peel back the label and get a tiny droplet of fine oil on the end of a tooth pick and just touch it to the top of the shaft so that a minute amount of oil just trickles down.
