We've seen an inordinate amount of brand new genuine Google replacement screens that don't work correctly upon being installed, so it may not be anything you've done but rather just bad luck.

I'd suggest plugging the original screen back in long enough to verify whether the touch is working on it or not. If it is, you can chalk it up to a defective replacement part and go about pursing a warranty replacement. If you happen to have bought the screen here on iFixit, then you've got a lifetime warranty and should be able to get a replacement with little trouble.

My previous screen was totally damaged so I can’t used it. Do you think the new screen is defective ? How can I test it ?

@palme42301 Unfortunately that was about the only way you'd have to test the digitizer's functionality, by trying it with a different screen. You've already checked the connectors, which would be my other suggestion, so at this point you may be down to either contacting the vendor that sold you the screen or possibly taking it to a repair shop and seeing if they'll plug in a screen and make sure the touch screen on it is working.

@palme42301 But yeah, as I mentioned, Google seems to have definite quality control issues with their replacement screens, as we've seen far more failures on brand new genuine parts that we should have.

Strange. The vendors told me that the screen was working before he sends the screen and he send me a video. Maybe a motherboard issue ?

@palme42301 Possibly, but almost impossible to tell without trying another screen to narrow it down to the screen side or the motherboard side. Motherboard issues are actually pretty rare; any time there's a touchscreen issue it's almost always the screen; not to say it can't happen but it's not common.
