Why the device manager does not identify graphic card?

recently I found out that the device manager does not show graphic card(GTX 1650) and it says that device is not connected which is shown by the error 45 in device manager but there is no disconnected device in my laptop.

Additionally, it happens once in a week and then it being fixed automatically but this time it sounds so serious and made me worried because no one knows what should I do for this problem.

Here is some general guidance for NVIDIA driver issues, which it sounds like you may have:

  1. Download the latest version of NVIDIA drivers for your GPU
  2. Download and install Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)
  3. Turn off Wi-Fi and unplug any networking cables to disconnect your laptop from the internet
  4. Reboot your PC into Safe Mode
  5. Run DDU
  6. Once your PC reboots, before connecting to the internet - run the NVIDIA driver installer you downloaded in Step 1

Once complete, you will have uninstalled and re-installed your graphics driver, which may fix your issue.

thanks for the help. I tried it so many times.

this procedure is so practical but I assume my laptop has a specific problem

I heard somewhere that I should fix it via BIOS menu can you help me with that?

@parsa44909 You could try updating your BIOS. Below is the link to the latest version. The README on this page includes instructions for how to install the update. Please be careful when updating that you do not power off or unplug your device, as a failed BIOS update could brick your laptop.
