When I hold down the power button to boot into safe mode, it beeps the second time and then turns off. If I try to turn it on normally, lights turn on but no video output and the usb ports won’t send out power. Any way to fix this?

Hi Kyle!
So, the PS4 turns on and stays on, but is not displaying anything?
Try another HDMI cable and test another device on your TV (directly).
If the other device is working with the same HDMI cable, please check the PS4 it’s HDMI port for defects.
What also is possible, is that the PS4 it’s HDMI encoder (controller) died and need to be replaced.
For both repairs, soldering is required together with soldering skills.
