Unable to connect to internet and not even able to use bluetooth have tried network reset but did not get any results

Does it show that you can connect to WiFi networks? Like if you click the Internet icon, are networks available? Or you don’t even get that?

What is the status of the WLAN adapter and the Bluetooth adapter as shown in Device Manager?
Are they both shown as working OK?
