Bluetooth pairing issue with home theatre fenda A521x

When i am trying to pair my mobile phone with home theatre fenda a521x it is showing failed to pair and not pairing with any device

Please help me with this

Is the Fenda's BT LED flashing quickly indicating that it is ready to pair?

Is "Fenda A521X" shown in the phone's BT list?

If so does it ask for a code - enter 0000 and check.

Have you tried holding the phone very close i.e. <20cm from the speaker and see if it pairs OK?
