No touch | LCD works

This Samsung A32 4G came in with just a smashed glass, but I couldn't test it so unsure if the touch screen was working. I could hear it working and see that the LCD backlight was working as it was green.

Anyways, I have replaced the screen 3 times and the mainboard flex cable.

I still have no touch at all, nothing :(

There are no signs of damage to the FPC connection on the motherboard nothing.

I am stuck before I send it away for further testing

I wanted just a few more ideas on what else it may be.

Is the screen working i.e. images can be seen or is it only green?

The phone has an amoled screen so there is no separate backlight as such The pixels generate their own light.

Since you've replaced the screen here's the service manual that may help.

Go to p.26 to view the display troubleshooting flowchart. There are board layout diagrams on p.3→p.6 showing where the components are located. Use the search function in your browser (Ctrl +f) to find the location of the components' mentioned in the flowchart. You may have to zoom in a lot to see them ;-)

Are you able to read text or see images on the screen as before you said that the backlight was working because it was green, which to me is different to the LCD display working properly?

Did you check the components associated with the display as shown in the troubleshooting flowchart for the display to see if they're all still OK?

You did say it originally had a smashed screen so there may be some board damage as well.
