NUC is not powering on

My NUC is not powering on.

I did a visual inspection and found one IC that is burnt.

It appears the power adaptor malfunctioned and provided over voltage.

However, I could not find where I can buy it.

Does anyone know about this part?

wonderfull, got a similar fault just a bit higher up in the power rail... same cap different location. mine is just above the the 3 R15 components, the left r15 stack on your pictures
