@weshenry62751 what is the exact model for your riding mower and what have you checked? you did check the polarity on your battery as well as your battery connections?
Are you certain that the new battery was fully charged when you installed it? Are you certain that the battery is connected correctly (red wire to + terminal, black wire to - terminal)? Are all connection tight (but not over tight)?
