How do I remove FRP lock after restarting phone?

I forgot my password for the phone and I had to fabric reset it.When i restarted phone I had frp lock that asked me my old password that I didn't know.I saw on YouTube that there is a way to access a phone if it has your email,but my phone doesn't have any email.I tried via emergency number and alot of methods but none of the methods work.
