Hi @ellycruz

Just verifying that you're pressing the F8 key (or Fn + F8) to enable the WiFi?

If no good, check the status of the WLAN network adapter in Device Manager.

To get to Device Manager in Win10/11 press the Win key + x key (both together) and click on the Device Manager link in the menu box that opens.

When in Device Manager scroll down to Network Adapters, click on the > to expand the list and then right click on the WLAN device entry → Properties → General and check what it shows in the Device Status box. Does it say "This device is working OK"?

If it does and the WiFi icon is not showing, go to Device Manager → Network Adapters → right click WLAN entry → Properties → Power management and uncheck the box that says "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" → OK. Restart the laptop and check if the WiFi works OK.

If there's a yellow exclamation mark next to the entry, right click on the entry → Update drivers and follow the prompts. You need to be online for this to work i.e. cable connection to router.

If there's a red cross next to the entry, right click on the entry → Enable and then check if the WiFi is working OK.

If you can't find the WLAN adapter listed in Device Manager (also check if listed in Other Devices category or click on View → Show hidden devices), restart the laptop and get into BIOS.

I'm not totally sure regarding your model but when in BIOS go to Security → I/O Interface Security → WLAN and check if it is enabled.

If it is enabled then you may have a faulty WLAN card.
