How much memory is installed in the laptop?
Did you install 32-bit or 64-bit Win10?
Has the laptop got a HDD or an SSD for the storage drive?
If you don't know how much memory is installed, what is the product number of the laptop (not the model number) as shown on the information label on the bottom of the laptop?

1.Your laptop may be running slow due to a virus present in your system .try and install a windows antivirus that may help you detect the virus
