It's a deffective oled pannel it should be covered under warranty.
Samsung is highly avoidant of proper warranty service document everything. And know your rights as a consumer to warranty in product defects.
They will replace the uint or the panel free of cost. You may have to make a bit of a stink about it.
But this issue is a defect and not user induced damage. If they tell you otherwise put them on blast.
This is a common issue with all devices containing oled pannels and even occasionally in ips amd other lcd displays too!
If there wasn't a impact incident it's without a doubt a manufacturing defect.
Here is where you can start your warranty claim with Samsung:

Smasung has a bad track record of warranty claims being mishandled.
You are in an informed position to hold them accountable.
@cashflow270 maybe its just my OPV (old people vision) but I can't make out a thin blue line on a blue background. Any chance you can try another image with a different background so we can see the line. Samsung is definitely going to fight you all the way before even considering replacing the panel. If it is a disconnected TAB contact there maybe a "fix" for it. Not 100% guaranteed but it might work. Just have to see more.
