Why is the red lock light on?

Lock light on with Kenmore 66517772990. Tried pressing No Heat Dry button, as well as others with no change. Also disconnected power and no change when reconnected. Do you have any other suggestions for this model?

Just verifying that you held the No Heat Dry button operated for 4 seconds when trying to turn off the lock light?
