How can I remove the simcard tray? I already used the ejection pin but it does not work and the tray doesn't pop out when I insert the pin.

If you have the Jimmy you could try putting it through the top and angle it down then pull towards you.if you don't have the Jimmy use a PDT(pokey down thing) or anything thin such as tweezers
