I've had to replace my pixel 7 pro screen a few times. The bracket that holds the LCD display flex ribbon snapped, and would like to get a new one before I replace the LCD. Any idea where I can purchase one?

Hi Michael,
I'm assuming @betatechlabs is pointing in the wrong direction; my impression from reading your question is that you're looking for the metal retainer that keeps the display flex cable from being jarred loose in the case of being dropped; i.e., the one in this picture.
I poked around quite a few obscure corners of the internet, but I'm afraid I didn't have any more luck than you in locating one for sale.

I think "I fixit" should include that Clip in the kit.
My Screen Stopped working, so I thought to replace it, removed the screen, and the Pin was missing. The people who fixed my phone last time must not have put the pin back in... Attached the connection, and the screen is working again. I still need the pin. $10 is a little too much just for the pin, so I will see how long my screen will last.
@tlgwegg iFixit gets their Pixel replacement parts directly from Google, so they can only supply what they get, unless you think they should sell a mix of OEM and aftermarket parts when they're supplying their Pixel parts as genuine Google parts.
For some reason AliExpress adds a lot of crap to their URLs, but I've found you can almost always trim everything after the .html part. Here's the one you mentioned.

Excellent find, my friend! That listing also gives us the clue that the same bracket appears to be used in both the Pixel 7 and the Pixel 7 Pro.

For what it's worth, I have two (technically 3) Pixel 7 Pro's for my wife and I that I perpetually cycle through new screens every few months when one of us drops one or they take a plunge. Since almost every time I open one means a screen replacement (superb build quality), I've had the display cable holder brackets on and off enough times that two have broken so far. I ordered the Pixel 8 display bracket holder iFixit sells with fingers crossed, but it was too small. And I can confidently say a piece of cardboard rolled only lasted a week.
All that to say, I tracked down a supplier, but they're not cheap. They were out of stock everywhere else in the US and on Aliexpress.

Thanks for your reply! The bracket I'm referring to is not a front bezel bracket. Before you connect/remove the LCD ribbon from the mother board, you have to remove a bracket that holds the ribbon in place. It's a small, half an inch piece. I'd rather buy this piece from another place. It's also out of stock on AliExpress.
