my laptop battery is not increasing, and i have change the battery and the charger it still not increasing the battery percentage

@emersonzur53151 connect an ammeter between your laptop and your power supply. Let's see how many Amps your laptop pulls. That way you will know if it actually tries to charge the battery.

It could be a faulty battery, or a loose connection. You should see if there are any differences in the battery sizes.
