Polar M430 Sports Watch. Hard Restart.

The problem occurred on the first watch, so I scrapped it and bought a new one , which was an unwanted gift, but was out of warranty. I plugged it in to an intelligent power source , which supplied the incorrect voltage causing the watch to shut down. I immediately realised that I'd made the same mistake with both watches.

Please tell me: How do I do a hard restart Polar m430 Sports Watch?

El problema ocurrió en el primer reloj, así que lo deseché y compré uno nuevo, que fue un regalo no deseado, pero que estaba fuera de garantía.
