How do I replace the pins my ac adapter for my asus rog g51v laptop?
I would like to replace the pins in my laptops ac adapter, but I'm having trouble finding a good tutorial. I read somewhere it was cheaper altogether to replace the parts rather than buy an entirely new adapter. That's understandable; I was recommended a $90 universal adapter from Best Buy to replace my current one.
I can see one of pins in the transformer moving around when I shake it and my laptop can't charge. To clarify I mean the pins that are recessed in the box of the device, not the pins that go in an outlet or any pins that go directly into the laptop itself.
