I connected my phone to our wi-fi but my phone cannot open any social media apps even google.I restart my phone and powered off it but still it doesn't did anything and even though I unplug our wi-fi and plug it for a few minutes my phone still don't have a network.

Check that the data saver setting in the phone has not been enabled.
Go to Settings → Connections → Data usage → Data Saver.
Go to p.88 of the user manual to see more information about data saver options.

I already did but it doesn't work
Please "unaccept" my answer as it didn't work for you.
Did you check that the apps that can go online (is it every app that can go online?) can't do so or only some?
Did you check the Mobile data only apps setting to see if the apps that can't go online using WiFi have been set to enable them to go online using mobile data only?
Go to Settings → Connections → Data usage → Mobile data only apps and check each app's setting to see.
