Why is my screen not working?

@snehachoudh7694 sounds like your screen is showing things but you can't scroll. That would be an issue with your touchscreen. First you want to put your Moto in safe mode. That way you will know if the issues with your scroling are caused by a bad app. Use these instructions to place it in safe mode then check your screen and see if it works now. If it does work better, then the issue is a faulty App. You would need to uninstall one after the other until you find the one that causes this. If it does not, you know it is a hardware issue.

If safe mode does not make a difference then you need to consider replacing the display since the touchscreen is part of the assembly. Use something like this video to replace the screen. Replacements are readily available at many online stores.
