It says system error update and it want turn on

The issue here is likely a corrupted storage device, and I would suggest replacing that as soon as possible. This issue is similar to the corruption of saved data on other devices, such as game consoles or tablets. Also, check that the connection between the main board and the storage device is secure, and that there aren't any blown fuses along the entirety of the board. Good Luck.
