Why is there a sound when opening a website that contains many images?
For example, when entering the avlab.pl site, I think the processor makes a crackling sound, which may be why. RAM 16 GB is enough, processor Intel i7

@cengizcoskun unlikely that this is your processor. Turn your sounds off and listen for the noise. see if you can determine where it comes from and exactly when it makes that sound. If it would be caused by anything labor intensive, then it would do that as well when you are not visiting any websites but do resource heavy work on it. Try that and see what happens. Use a graphics program and do some heavy rendering or play a game and see if that makes any noise. Right now, this will be extremely difficult to isolate and even harder to suggest a repair.

It's most likely the hard drive or CPU Fan, a CPU shouldn't make any noise.
