I did not used my J2 for a month and when I switched it on, it just keep restarting. I had charged it for hours.
At first the issue was, it was turning on properly, but as soon as I open any application, it got off.
Then I turned on the ultra power saving mode and then opened an app and it went off.
After that it only loads till the logo and again restarts in loop.

@vijayjangid you want to try a start in safe mode and see if that helps with your phone's issues. If it does, you have a bad App on your phone and will have to remove it. Check on here how to enter safe mode.
If that did not work, ty to start in Recovery mode. Here you can resolve issues that are related to software. To enter into recovery mode, use the info from this site
The last software step to try is to do a factory reset. You will lose all of your files, contacts, pictures,etc. So make sure that you have a backup of all of those. You will also need your google password etc. that you used for setting up this phone. It will ask you for this on restart. The info on how to do that can be found right here
