Console Powers On ( Blue Light ) but both Screens stay black

Hey Guys,

I bought a faulty New Nintendo 3DS XL where it said that the Blue Light turns on but the screens stay Black.

I received the console without an SD Card so i cant really tell if there is CFW or not.

I tried booting it while holding the Select Button and also while holding A+L+R+Up and that didnt workt either.

I inserted an SD Card and did the same thing again and that did nothing as well.

I added the Luma files onto a newly formated SD Card and tried booting both ways again and still nothing happened

I went ahead and opened up the 3DS and disconnected everything to the point where i arrived at the bottom screen but all the componets and cables look fine.

I tried booting it with the camare ribbon cable disconnected because i read online that that may be the cause but that didnt work either.

I have not dissambled the whole Console yet because I wanted to ask for Help before i go all the way.

Maybe someone had a similar problem and found a solution.
