No cooling in freezer or fridge! I have done the reset to no success

Try to test if the compressor is working using the below method (preferably in a quiet environment so you can hear):

1. Open the fridge and freezer doors for a few minutes while the unit is plugged in.
2. Listen near the back at the bottom of the unit for a sound like a fan turning on and/or the compressor turning on.
3. If you don't hear anything, it might indicate that the compressor wasn't "told" to turn on and could mean a few different problems.
4. If you hear a noise as described in step 2, pull the unit forward and remove the back cover. Place your hand on the compressor to see if it is getting warm. (Be careful, sometimes this can be TOO hot for your hand so use quick taps to avoid getting burnt).
5. Be sure to check around the condenser coils for dust build up. If possible, use a vacuum to remove and clean that area.
