Hi, some history of my g14 2022, after 10months, my lcd started to have lines, had it replaced by the shop i bought this from. then in one of my travel, my laptop bag fell with my g14 in it, after that, the keyboard stop working adn there is also a slight backlight flicker
. i had to use an external keyboard. i tried to have the keyboard replaced but the repair shop said even with a new keyboard, it still doesnt work. any lead will be appreciated

@walterjrgarcia the backlight flickering and keyboard not working could be a torn, loose cable as well as damage to the board connector etc. I suggest that you take a look at those things first. Remove the bottom case as show in step one on here Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 Thermal Paste Replacement check closely for any damage. Post some pictures of what you see with your Question. Worst case scenario would be a new keyboard (upper case) or even a new motherboard. Let's check this all out first.
