I had dropped water on my pc and I left it for dry for like 2 to 3 days and now my gpu dont work, and I opened it up and saw the indicator was like blown up, and its the only way I think it broke.

@paaaaaandaaaaa yup, that is a 4.7UH (4R7) Inductor. Easy enough since it is readily available at many places. The most pressing issue here's to clean your board. Use something like this guide iPhoneの水濡れ･水没ダメージからの復旧方法 Step 11 forward shows you how to clean a board. After that replace the inductor and let's re-evaluate.
