@yusuf16872 sounds like a failed touchscreen. It is part of the display assembly. It can fail while the LCD still shows images etc. Try a soft reset for your phone and see if that helps. If you can't do a reset, you will need to consider replacing the display assembly. Since we do not know what exact model your Tecno is, we can't help you any further.
