My ps4 is not doing anything

Recently my PS4 stopped working entirely even when plugged in no beeps no sound no lights I've tried the controller and disk method of trying to get it to turn on but nothing I can hear the power supply still buzzing and I've took it apart replace the thermal paste thermal pads and watch battery and put it back together cuz it had an overheating issue but I'm still getting nothing but after spamming the power button multiple times it turned on once but I made the rookie mistake and turned it off and it won't turn back on again no matter what I do please I need help!
