Of course, the first thing to do is to verify that it's not a software problem; generally the best way to do that is to wipe the phone back to its factory settings, after you back it up, of course!
Assuming you've done that along with any other software fixes you may come across on the internet, then you're probably left with the conclusion it's a hardware problem. If that turns out to be the case, then the place to start is with the vibration motor itself. I'd suggest replacing it with a new one, as that's the most likely part to fail if the phone isn't vibrating at all.
You can, of course, take the phone apart and check to make sure everything is in place and all the contacts are making contact, but generally it's highly unusual for anything to come disconnected inside the phone without having experienced damage such as being dropped or stepped on, etc.
Unfortunately iFixit doesn't have a guide for that repair on your phone, but the guys over at the French site SOSav do have one. It's in French, of course, but used with the Chrome browser's automatic translation, it's quite usable.

In my last experience with a Galaxy phone, I failed to use enough heat on the back and ended up cracking the glass cover, so don't be me; be sure and work slowly and carefully and use generous amounts of heat to soften the adhesive. Here's a picture of the part you'll be replacing, taken from their guide.
You can find replacement parts all over the internet; I usually start with sites like Amazon, eBay and AliExpress but there will be plenty of others to choose from. Here's the first one that came up on my cursory search.
Good luck with your repair! Take lots of pictures as you work and when you're done you can use them to create your own guide for those who come after you with the same problem! It's fun, easy and you'll earn the gratitude of the repair community for your help!

Before doing anything else, try a soft reset. Simply hold down the power button together with the volume down button, making sure that you press them at the same time. Keep holding them down and the screen will go blank, but keep holding them down. Only release them once the Samsung logo comes back onto your screen. This is a good fix for most problems. Good luck.

@dawitteshome check your vibration motor by using the Samsung Hardware Diagnostic Test Menu. you get there by entering *#0*# on your keypad. That will bring up the menu where you can select the Vibration test. If that fails, replace the vibration motor as discussed in the Answers
