Why is my display blank? My Phone says connected to watch.

My Vector Watch Luna display has gone blank. My Phone says connected to watch but the app shows 'Lost Link'. How do I determine what is wrong with the watch and how do I get it repaired?

Nothing happens or changes when I connect the watch to a charger. The display is still blank.

Nothing happens when connected to the charger and I get no response when I push any of the three buttons.
